We require employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in conducting their duties and responsibilities. Employees must practice honesty and integrity in every aspect of dealing with other employees, the public, the business community, customers, suppliers and governmental authorities.
No employee should be misguided by any sense of loyalty to the company or a desire for profitability that might cause them to disobey any applicable law or company policy.
We take our commitment seriously. Violation of this Code of Business Conduct will constitute grounds for disciplinary action up to and including possible dismissal.
Mistakes should never be covered up, but should be immediately and fully disclosed and corrected. Falsification of any PDQ, customer or third party record is prohibited.
