What do the SpectraWash® system measurements of 60', 80' and 100' refer to?
These measurements pertain to the amount of actual wash space needed for equipment and components. Generally, the conveyor length is 20' longer than the actual wash space and is extended primarily at the wash's entrance. Top

What is the difference between rear-wheel-push and front-wheel-pull conveyor systems?
These terms describe the process of how the vehicle travels through the conveyorized wash. Rear-wheel-push conveyor systems provide reliable vehicle volume while maximizing user-friendliness with wide dolly spacing (84"). Commonly utilized in exterior-only operations, customers are safely "pushed" through and out of the wash system without hassle. Front-wheel-pull conveyor systems provide greater vehicle volume and features closer dolly spacing (42"). This configuration is commonly utilized in full-service wash environments. What are the "take-up and drive sections" on a Trakker Over/Under Drive Conveyor (model #1557)?
These conveyor sections are located at opposing ends of the conveyor system and releases the dolly up to ground level to move your customer's vehicle through the carwash. As the wash is completed, it takes the dolly back under the conveyor, thus completing the conveyor's loop and preparing for the next customer. Top
Why are additional conveyor dollies available?
Additional conveyor dollies are available to customize your conveyor's vehicle volume. Standard dolly spacing ranges between 42" to 84". Generally, closer spacing allows for higher volume and wider spacing allows for additional user convenience. Top
What is the Motor Control Center (MCC)?
The Motor Control Center controls all of the motor-actuated devices on a SpectraWash system. This highly advanced system is reliable, ETL approved, and custom designed to accommodate your specific SpectraWash system. Top

What are the differences between models #1450 and #1454 Tire Cleaners?
Both models feature similar construction and stainless steel fan jets to deliver a dense pattern of foam. The foam clings to tire surfaces, lifting away grime with bubbling action. Model #1450 focuses specifically on cleaning tires, while model #1454 focuses on removing brake dust found on wheels. Top

What is the typical wash process for the SpectraWash?
The core wash functions for a touch free wah process includes:

What is the difference between Stationary Gatling Guns and Turret Gatling Guns?
Stationary Gatling Guns are built to focus on those hard to reach areas in wheel wells and rocker panels. They are fixed in a single position and are commonly found in shorter conveyorized systems, feature easy installation, and can reach areas prep guns and rocker panel brushes can't. Turret Gatling Guns have a range of motion and follows the vehicle's tires as it moves down the conveyor system. This allows for increased focus on tires and tire wells. The Stationary Gatling Guns work effectively for in-bay automatic wash environments as well. Top
