PDQ's Wash Access Loyalty System (WALS) is an easy to use customer relationship management software program allowing operators the flexibility to build loyalty programs that are both impactful and relevant to consumers. The key feature of WALS is that wash owners can implement and manage their entire loyalty program securely over the internet with a standard web browser.

As originally introduced, debit accounts could only be replenished via a secure e-commerce site or physically at the cashier with a POS system. A WALS upgrade allows any consumer or fleet participant to conveniently replenish their account(s) right at the Access® unit. This Access® feature will prompt a member to add additional value to their account when their balance is getting low. This at-unit-interface offers operators and increased level of interaction with their customers and provides unlimited marketing opportunities.
