A Complete Tunnel System PLUS A Whole Lot More

For over 20 years, SpectraWash® has provided the most durable, high quality tunnel equipment available. Today, SpectraWash®+ offers you a complete system plus innovative business management tools to support your tunnel operation from start to finish. Whether you're building a new tunnel wash or upgrading an existing tunnel, all SpectraWash®+PDQ products are designed to work seamlessly together as a system or in conjunction with other manufacturers' equipment.

The heart of any tunnel operation is the wash equipment. Available in complete systems or as individual components, SpectraWash+ equipment is the most durable, affordable high quality equipment available in the industry and allows you to choose from 6 standard packages or a custom package tailored to your needs. Choose from completely touch-free (TF), light-touch (LT) or hybrid (HB) systems in any length from 60' to 90' based on your specific needs.

Touch-Free System The Touch-free line incorporates many of the new and redesigned PDQ components such as the high pressure pump stations, injection panels and MaxAir® drying system. Familiar items such as the Combo Cleaner, Bumper Blasters and Tire Brush systems are also included to complete the wash package. The Touch-free line utilizes two different pre-soak arches to apply cleaning solutions to the vehicle before entering the high pressure cleaning section of the wash.

Hybrid System The PDQ Hybrid line utilizes components from both the Touch-free and the Light-touch lines. Hybrid wash systems start with a presoak and move into a high pressure cleaning process before entering the Light-touch cleaning section of the wash. Components in this system include Bumper Blasters and Gatling Guns as well as the Top Brush and Orbital Mitter.

Light-Touch System The new Light-touch line utilizes all touch components to clean the vehicle. Components in these systems include the redesigned Mini Mitter and Orbital Mitter as well as the PDQ Top Brush and Wraparounds Wash systems. Beginning with a high-volume rinse, vehicles pass through a number of mitter curtains and side washers before entering the finishing services of the wash.

Wash Access Loyalty System (WALS) The SpectraWash®+ complete system doesn't stop at the wash. WALS is an easy-to-use customer relationship management software designed to work with your Access® Customer Management System. WALS offers you the opportunity to build flexible loyalty and marketing programs to keep in contact with your customers.
