Technical Support Center

PDQ's Technical Support Center is a fully-staffed factory call center, available 24/7/365. Our call center staff consists of full time technical and product support specialists along with full time product support engineers. Combined, they total over 100 years of car washing experience! Our Support Center staff is also consistently in the field working with distributors and operators to ensure their troubleshooting and support skills are always up to date.

All calls coming into our Support Center are logged into our service ticketing system so that accurate records of the site history can be viewed and tracked at a glance by our highly trained and dedicated staff. This system aids in increased speed, consistency and efficiency in troubleshooting new or reoccurring problems with sites.

PDQ University Certification Program

PDQ provides Distributor Technicians with a Factory Direct Certification Training Program. Distributor Technicians go through training courses laid out by PDQ and are tested on their knowledge and troubleshooting skills of PDQ equipment. Technicians can become certified on PDQ products and ultimately achieve a Certified Technician status of varying levels depending on the breadth of knowledge and amount of coursework completed.

The program is design with self-paced courses that allow participants to become certified on any or all PDQ inbay wash systems—including the LaserWash® 360, LaserWash® 4000, LaserWash® M5, LaserWash® G5 S-Series, ProTouch® Tandem and ProTouch® ICON, as well as Access® entry systems and MaxAir® dryers. As PDQ introduces new products to the market, a corresponding online training-certification course will also be created. The online content is supplemented with factory and on-site training from PDQ’s Technical Service group. When the technicians successfully complete a course or move up a certification tier, an embossed certificate of completion will be sent to them, along with an ID card that contains their certification number and a decal for their service vehicle that shows they are PDQ factory-certified. Recertification training will be required every two years to ensure consistent technician performance for years to come.

PDQ is dedicated to excellence in technical support and training. In addition to quality distributor support through installation, wash systems monitoring, service, preventative maintenance, and ongoing site performance inspections, PDQ manufacturing also supplies Factory Direct Customer Training for owners and operators.

Factory Direct Customer Training

As part of PDQ's continuing commitment to customer service and support, a number of factory-based training courses have been developed exclusively for owners and operators of PDQ equipment. Classes held at PDQ's headquarters in De Pere, WI include a factory tour and personal one-on-one time with a product specialist.

Training Dates

Training dates vary throughout the year and are based on level of interest. To sign up for training, please log into your account. Other training materials, including downloadable content and a request form for training, is available to registered owners/operators through our Online Customer Portal.

Replacement & Aftermarket Parts

Your PDQ Distributor has local warehousing and the stock to get the parts you need, when you need them. Our service begins when we ship you the part - not like the warehouse guys that “send it and forget it”. PDQ has dedicated service parts specialists that can ship nearly all orders for next-day delivery. We stock all the parts you need for all of our machines, from the Laserwash line, to the ProTouch line, to SpectraWash tunnel and Access. We even stock enhancement and retrofit kits, some of which we list in our online store.
